The name of Moraia derivates from one old farm full of mulberry trees since the end of XVII century: a fertile land that the locals called “The Fillet” since for centuries it had yelded the best harvests of wine oil and grain.
Superb Supertuscan, a melange of Tuscan and French grapes express its
top.

Vinification:
Selection by hand of the best grapes, destemming and soft crushing of the grapes. Daily treading for a optimum fermentation and marcs extraction. Cold racking of wine by natural decantation.
Refining: In bottle for 18 months
Organoleptic profile:
With a good structure, a ruby red colour, warm and silky in the mouth; at the nose an intense open perfumes with a good persistence. Balance
between fragrances of mature plums and cherries, with light spice and vanilla nuances, peculiar of French oak. Tannins are elegant.
Food pairings:
First courses with strong sauces; it is at his best with long-cooked red meat, game and mature cheese.
