Organoleptic test:
yellow straw , with golden highlights. Intensive taste of exotic fruit with spicy and
vanilla notes. Warm and dense on the palate.
Pairings:
Perfect pairing with the classical tuscan cookie with almonds,but also with creamy cakes. It can be very interesting the pairing with blue cheeses.
